(+) El personal era muy amable y servicial. El pan del desayuno era muy bueno! La lenceria estaba muy limpia. Los alrededores son muy bonitos, hay una bella vista al lago que queda enfrente. Muy buena califaccion. (-) A pesar de ser amable el personal era un poco extranhio y tenebroso. Si no tienes gps nunk se podria llegar al lugar pq queda en el medio de la nada. A simple vista la habitacion parecia limpia pero cuando te asomabas por los huecos entre la pared y la cama habia muchisimo...

(+) Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz des nasskalten Wetters und des Umstandes, dass ich der einzige Gast war, war das Hotel und das Zimmer gut beheizt. (-) Der TV Empfang auf allen Sendern war sehr eingeschränkt. Ob im gesamten Hotel oder nur auf meinen Zimmer kann ich nicht einschätzen.

(+) the nice views, it was very quiet and peaceful (-) the insects that were coming in through the window, this because the hotel is so close to the forest..

(+) La habitación tenía una terraza grande, con vistas al lago y a las montañas, con una mesa, dos sillas y una tumbona. Todas las habitaciones tienen la misma ubicación, excelente. Hotel tranquilo, cerca de Gummersbach y cerca de un camping donde se pueden alquilar barcas/patinetes para estar en el lago. Se pueden hacer excursiones saliendo del mismo hotel. Limpio. Parking incluido. Perfecto, para volver y estarse más días. (-) Desayuno "justito", no muy completo. Personal del hotel amable...
