(+) The atmosphere in the hotel is just perfect. It is run by a family with a lot of attention to the details and guests. Breakfast was fantastic (which champagne). Any requests were immediately granted. We stayed for 45min extra after normal breakfast time and stuff did not show any dissatisfactions (in fact they were still serving us with extra food). (+) Loved Villa Hugel. The staff were wonderful and spoke great English. The breakfasts were amazing and even offered sparkling wine which was a great touch. I also loved the pool, and managed to swim when it was completely empty (7.00 am). It was a great place and I would love to visit it again in the summer and take advantage of the terrace. (+) Kind service and splendid breakfast! (-) No restaurant. No dressing-cabin in the basement for the sauna and swimmingpool.

(+) The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful. The pool was also well kept and just the right temperature. (-) A Lift would have been nice but the lack did not spoil our enjoyment.

(+) Hotel was beautiful, rooms very modern, comfortable and staff spoke english. (-) No elevator, and lots of stairs. No bellhop.
