  (+) Perfect location for dining out and viewing the old harbour, balcony is a must! (-) Shower was too small, room was on the neat side and beds were a bit hard

  (+) Anna was very helpfull and advised us about the good restaurants (-) Ni internet access, bed extremely uncomfortable, room very small bathroom door could not fully open

  (+) All the staff were very friendly from the night porter to Elvira who kept our rooms spotless. Anna at reception is a real gem and went out of her way to offer help and information from the moment we arrived. (-) The absence of tea and coffe making facilities in the room and the lack of storage space and shelving and a small table for the balcony

  (+) Clean rooms with modern furnishings. Private balcony overlooking inner harbor was very picturesque with a great view. Hotel maintains a separate common-area balcony overlooking the inner harbor as well. Hotel staff very helpful in planning itinerary and answering travel questions. Staff held good to excellent English skills. Within easy walk of train station, bus stop, and ferry terminal. (-) Bathroom was small but clean and functional. Bed was firm.
