  (+) большие аппартоменты, хорошее расположение (-) грязь в ванной комнате, серые(давно они были белыми) полотенца, плохая звукоизоляция

  (+) fantastic location, very warm and comfortable. Spacious. fairly good facilities. Plenty of hot water. (-) Breakfast was not good and didn't arrive at all on last day. Towels weren't changed during our 4 night stay.

  (+) The welcome staff was helpful and polite; the staff on the top floor was efficient; the apartment is very dry and well lited; the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable; the premises are well furnished; the kitchenette reasonably equipped; there is enough space to feel comfortable in 4 people; it is surprisingly quiet when the restaurant downstairs is shut; the bathroom is rather eleganr, well set out, scrupoulously clean; there is heating although it may not be needed as the place seems...

  (+) Very clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent location. Contenintal breakfeast which was included was very nice (-) Noisy restaurant downstairs but no noise really after 12 midnight

  (+) Big and comfortable appartment. The kitchen is with full kitchenware. If you want to cook ,you dont need restorants. Deluxe washroom . The appartment and kitchen were cleaned and refreshed evry day. Very centraly located .very close to san marko and to rialto bridge. Few steps from a big supermarket. Very kind and polite staff. We recommend this apartment-hotel very much!!! (-) No elivetor to second floor . The bed room in the attic is big , but has an inclined ceiling , so its more...
