(+) We stayed here twice. The first visit was perfect in every way. On both occasions the staff and public facilities were remarkably good for a three star hotel - it desrves more. . (-) On both occaions we were sorry to not to have a wastepaper bin in addition to the one in the bathroom. On the second visit we could not have a non-smoking room of the grade booked in advance (junior suite) because the previous guest had left it full of cigarette smoke, so we had to accept.a downgrade through...

(+) Design of room (junior suite) very clever and well carried out. Staff delightful and very helpful. (-) Only one very small thing - no waste paper basket, only the small waste bin in the bathroom. More english language TV channels would be an advantage.

(+) el desayuno excelente,con muchos productos naturales como nos gusta a nosotros,el personal muy servicial.Quedamos muy contentos. (-) Ta lvez un poco de ruido en las horas de entrada y salida de las habitaciones, pero creo que es mas cuestion de civismo que del hotel.

(+) personal del hotel (-) la habitación necesitaba una buena mano de pintura, las paredes estaban negruzcas. el parkin es un poco estrecho para maniobrar.

(+) Reception very helpful. Chambermaid charming. Room very clean. Large bathroom. Hotel convenient for seeing the town. (-) Rooms badly sound-proofed: kept awake between 5 & 6 am by someone next door going to work. (We cut short our stay & moved on.) Bedroom too small, and double bed too small for two. Evening meal service didn't start till 9pm (we never ate there).
