(+) Location was good. Also very quiet. Staff friends. (-) Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were not top-notch. The toilet water ran and wouldn't stop. We alerted the staff but they didn't/couldn't fix it. Overall it's a good place but a bit pricey. It's not a real luxury hotel.

(+) The services of staffs are satisfied. (-) Furnitures in the room are quite old. Breakfast is quite few.

(+) メジャーなショッピングエリア、グルメエリアまで近いこと。ホテル周辺はクラランス、AVEDA、THAANといったスパもたくさんある。ネットもでき、コーヒーもいただけるラウンジはやはり便利。アメニティも申し分ない。 (-) Les Suites Ching Cheng　慶城の方は2回宿泊し、施設・サービスとも大変気に入っていたが、この大安はフロントの対応も普通レベルですし、慶城にはあった朝食時の卵料理サービスもなく残念。一番がっかりしたことは、掃除の不行き届き。掃除されている部屋に戻ったら、使っていない綿棒がゴミ箱の横に落ちており、バスタブにも我々のものでない髪の毛が落ちていた。
