  (+) My checking out time was extended on my final day to allow me time to climb Ben Nevis and still have a shower in my room before leaving that afternoon - all at no extra cost. As a base for hill walking and climbing its fab! (-) Small point but TV reception was bad.

  (+) The leisure facilities were excellent. The pool area was spotless and although didn't use the gym the equipment looked very good. (-) Bathrooms could do with a bit updating.

  (+) We were happy with our meal in the pub. The staff were very friendly as well. (-) Rooms were rather dull and old.
