(+) The clean and tidiness of the place was great,the location was in the seef area so every thing you need is near you,and it is good for families ( getting away from the noise of the bars and disco's) (-) no every thing was great

(+) The hotel staff were very courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The food was excellent in variety and quality. (-) There were two things I did not like. First, the fact that I had no hot water the whole of my stay. I asked for it to be fixed, and only to realize that you have to keep the water running for about 5 minutes to get some lukewarm water in both the shower and the sink. That is not environmentally friendly or responsible of the hotel.
