(+) Breakfast and close to the markets (-) The parking

(+) it was in an excellent location between the main malls in Manama (-) they dont clean the suite good.. when i came back i still find hair in the carpet and inside the bathroom.. and when i called them they re clean the suite but i don't think that they got a powerful vacuum cleaner to take out the hair from the carpet

(+) very near to the all shopping areas and business locations (-) charge of the wirless internet

(+) location for shopping (-) 2 elevators only

(+) The hotel upgraded my room, i have to wait for my room to be ready but the reception staff (Zeyad) was good, helpful and polite, it really make me feel comfortable and welcome eventhough i have to wait for 2 hours. i definately will come again. (-) I have to wait for 2 hours for my room to be ready, i hope in the future, it will not happen again.
