(+) Nice 'relax centre' with big jucuzzi. Big walk in shower in room. Central position in the middle of Nesebar. (-) On arrival we were told we had to have our meal in our room as they had a big function booked for the restaurant. We cancelled the meal and went out. They wanted to charge one leva for the sachet of coffee in the room. We went in the bar to be told it was closing a 9 p.m. We were directed downstairs to the bowling hall where they only served bottled beer which was a bit expensive. I had to go round the room and clean thick dust off all the draw handles. This could be a very nice hotel but needs to pay much more attention to small details like these.

(+) Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, nice relax center (-) Unfriendly openiong hours of the relax center (13:00-21:00)

(+) Hotel is completely new, rooms are huge, pool on the top of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast is quite good... Comment of my boyfriend was - vauu, this room is nicer than our flat (-) Hotel staff is very poor on English, maids do not work after 14 and if weather is poor (as we had 7 days of rain :( ) maids will not clean your room after 14 even if you leave sign on the door

(+) the rooms are very nice, clean, big , the staff at the reception very friendly (-) the beach is far away ( 700 m), the breakfast is poor

(+) Hotel is new, furniture in rooms is new, has a cosy feeling to it. Felt just like at home, great staff, great value for the money. I would recommend it for young couples, couples with children, solo travelers. (-) Breakfast was ok, but not excellent.
