(+) I liked everything. Miss Mariana at reception, in particularwas as well as all the others were helpfull, friendly, courteous and efficient. Ill recommend this hotel to my friends and ill come again. (-) None whatsopever

(+) The decor in every area of the hotel was very modern and attractive. The room was well equipt, we especially liked the free mini bar. (-) The room got very hot a night. 1 waiter was rather rude when we did not give a tip. We felt we were entitled not to leave a tip as the restaurant was a buffet style.

(+) Fast internet (-) Loud enviroment - too close to traffic also all night

(+) Reception staff was so nice and kind.Room was clean and modern.all young staffs are very good! (-) 1st night,we had good service and nice meal,but 2nd night,staff had chenged and they were not professtional and buffet was not good.
