(+) l'accueil (-) Restaurant cuisine moyenne, TV bouquet qui ne permet pas de programmer M6 par exemple, parking de l'hôtel mal indiqué

(+) Proche de la gare avec des chambres d'un bon confort (-) Peux-t-on avoir de l'eau chaude, pour un hotel de ce standing c'est mieux ...

(+) Ideal spot in the centre of town. Underground parking whilst expensive was a great benifit. (-) The facilities for making hot drinks were the usual tea/coffee sachets. I would have preferred, rather than only a choice of various teas, to have had at least one sachet of English tea available.

(+) La proximité du centre ville. (-) Le nettoyage de la salle de bain était très insuffisant. Nous avons retrouvé à notre arrivée sur le sol des cheveux et des débrits d'ongles coupés. les verres dans lesquels nous avions pris un thé ont été simplement essuyés et non pas lavés.

(+) Leaving on sunday morning. (-) I booked this hotel in Februrary 09 requesting one room with double beds and one room with two single beds. the hotel claimed i had booked two double rooms even though i had a copy of my booking as proof. Not happy with this hotel and will not use it again.
