(+) The sea view was amazing. The location is very convenient as it is right next to the old town and close to the port. Many restaurants and cafes in the area. The room was comfortable and clean. (-) Internet is only in the public area, it would be nice to have wireless internet in the rooms.

(+) I liked the welcome that we recieved, I enjoyed the breakfast service.i appreciated the room service. I really love it's ambience, it feels very french to me but.most of all I adore it's situation so close to veiux nice, and it's view of the sea. (-) Just a couple of small things, this was the smallest room we had ever had, the table lamp didn't work and the extractor in the bathroom didn't work. But it would take more than these small things to stop us coming to the hotel suisse.

(+) Clean, nice hotel, great location, friendly staff (-) The hotel is too neutral, missing a personal touch a bit.

(+) All the staff were excellent without exception. The location is fantastic with great sea views as stated. (-) The mattress in our room was not good but the staff did allow us to change rooms. We were also informed that all the mattresses were due to be changed in two weeks' time, so the problem was being resolved. A computer for the use of hotel guests should also be available in this day and age.
