(+) Staff were helpful, room was clean and I was able to lock the door to the shared bathroom/toilet which I was unable to do anywhere else. This was a great feature and I was very quick using it! (-) The water pressure in the shower was unstable, very hot one minute and very cold the next, took a long time to get it right ... needs some serious attention.

(+) The hotel is ten minutes walking from icc berlin, good staff, normal breakfast, clean (-) Is not in front of metro station, water in the shower didn't go down untill 20 minutes (is an old building) so each time I took a shower it becomes a pool! There is just one person who understands english and works just in the morning.

(+) Clean, quiet, safe, nice atmosphere, nice breakfast, good staff, nice location next to park and lake (-) A bit overpriced, the 'private' bathroom in the corridor to accompany the single room does not have a lock on it and can be used by others

(+) Персонал очень вежливый, говорит по-русски, даже помогли оплатить штраф, полученный за неправильную парковку (-) Обновить мебель в отеле, сменить шторы и общий дизайн комнат

(+) only good price (-) poor breakfast, noisy toilet, old and uncomfortable beds and noises from the street
