(+) hotel sympa et confortable, à une trentaine de km de colmar .personnel accueillent et le tarif du restaurant tout à fait honnete. (-) la tv ! il manque une chaine francophone,le soir avoir qq informations ce ne serai pas plus mal ,

(+) Accueillant - très joliment décorée - Personnel très sympathique - (-) J'ai été un peu surprise que nous n'ayions pas de chaîne sur la télévision en français vue la proximité de la frontière.

(+) The food was very good. Beautiful decorations in the restaurant. Nice breakfast buffet. They went out of their way to help us with some special needs. (-) The reception to the hotel was not good. It was their day off. Even though I had a written confirmation of our reservation, I didn't think the lady on duty was ever going to let us in - not friendly. When she finally did she gave us a room on the top floor (farthest away). I had specifically written them for a room with the least stairs...(+) The food was very good. They have no elevator so this was an unnecessary difficulty (and more dangerous) for us for the entire time. I would have tried to changed the room but as soon as she checked us in she quickly disappeared again and we never did see her again. (+) Le personnel, la décoration de l'hôtel, en particulier celle du restaurant. (-) Les escaliers ne sont pas convenables aux personnes à mobilité reduite.
