(+) Friendly staff and good location (-) breakfast room

(+) Hotel receptionists were very friendly. (-) None

(+) Понравился просторный номер, вид из окна, удобное место расположения. (-) Не очень понравился завтрак. Трудно было найти свободный столик. Из предлагаемой еды постоянно что-то заканчивается. Мы завтракали четыре раза и в трех случаях из четырех омлет нам показался очень пересоленым

(+) The hotel facility service and comfort was excellent. Parking garage at the hotel but expensive. Near the public transportation (U bahn/bus). Taxi at the hotel. The city shopping center near the hotel. Also, the KD boats near the hotel on the Rhine River. Perfect place to stay. (-) Noise level was high inside the hotel because of the outdoor restaurants under the glass dome of the hotel. But the hotel rooms did have sound proof windows facing the glass dome.

(+) Tourism (-) Nothing that I dislike.
