(+) Hotel staff is very professional,friendly and helpfull, very good location as it is only a few meters from the main train station. (-) The gym could be a bit bigger and better equipped.

(+) very privacy (-) smell very pro, but not touch.

(+) I like the elegant, big room and the location for easy transportation, sightseeing and shopping. (-) I would prefer to be able to have late checkout.

(+) Мне не понравился очень шумный кондиционер в номере, его пришлось выключить. если открыть окно (окно выходило на улицу), то слишком шумно, чтобы спать. В остальном - хорошо. (-) Существенно уменьшить уровень шума кондиционера в номере.

(+) We liked the general design of the hotel, the location of the hotel is very convenient to the city centre especially the U/S Bahn network and main shopping avenue. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I saw in Europe. The Nespresso machine in the rooms is a nice plus. (-) The glass doors between bathroom and WC is not very practical. Door staff was uncoordinated when getting our car out of the garage at check-out, so the process took over half an hour.
