(+) I received a very warm welcome from Cecelia, even though I turned up quite early. My single room was very elegantly decorated and I had some lovely complimentary coffee before I went out for the rest of the day. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, great to see freshly squeezed OJ, porridge, seeds and other healthy choices available as well as the traditional cooked breakfast items which also looked lovely. (-) The air conditioning in my room was not working, only cold air, no warm. I came in after my night out at approx 3am to a cold room, had no heat all night and did not sleep. Eventually at 8am I called the reception desk and they confirmed that it was broken. They did offer to move me to another room at that point but I was only staying one night so I showered, had breakfast and left pretty early. I negotiated a large discount for the inconvenience but I would prefer to have paid full price and had a proper night's sleep. I would stay there again but would most definitely check that the a/c worked correctly in my room before unpacking. Also given that it's in a quieter area, I was surprised to hear the noise of traffic outside my window.

(+) Staff were very friendly & location was very good (-) I did not like the Parking situation & was nervous of my car been hit.The fan in the bathroom was very noisy & get us awake for a while.

(+) Staff was wonderful, very nice. The hotel is cosy, small. Breakfats is good. I am used to travel and I can tell you get a great value with this hotel (-) Heating system is not optimal (too warm or too cold)

(+) The staff were amazing! (-) The hot water in the shower was fading in and out in the morning. Adjusted to take showers in the evening and didn't have any more problems.
