(+) We loved our brief stay at The Merchant House and will return. So very comfortable, our suite was beautiful and the introduction by the staff was very personal and informative. The free in-house movies, wine and refreshments were a very nice idea. Great location for a City break and overall good value. (-) No negative comments as it gives exactly what it says.

(+) The whole experience from the greeting to the fabulous breakfast at the local Cafe. Very comfortable stay, will be staying again. (-) Hotel was perfect.

(+) Its location is superb and despite being in the center of Temple Bar it is totally quiet, private and we felt very secure. Very pleasant staff, efficient and thoughtful, our suite was excellent, spacious and opulent. Very good value indeed. Nice in-house complementary treats also. We will be back. (-) No lift, but when it was built there were none around then. Was not a problem !.
