(+) It was a perfectly fine budget hotel. Clean with helpful staff. (-) The location is a bit far out of town - 17 stops from Grand Central station on a tram. It had good if a little slow transport links during the day but we needed to get a taxi back at night.

(+) nice rooms (-) breakfast not worth it. the staff is not friendly at all, and its too far from the nearest subway station

(+) The breakfast was very good (if you like sweat breakfast!) and the hotel is very close to the tram station (20minutes and you are in the centrum of Milano) (-) The noise in the hotel !

(+) Room was clean and housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and friendly. (-) Hotel room was extremely noisy being on a main road with a tram stop outside the bedroom window. Towels were like cut down table cloths and had seen better days. Reception staff were rude and unhelpfull

(+) Low price and easy to find with car. Parking in locked parking spot for extra payment. Tram stops just outside the hotel - 20 min to centre of Milan. (-) Unfriendly staff that did not make you feel especially welcome. "Cell feeling" and horrible lightning in the room.
