(+) Orvieto was great a highlight of our trip, Hotel was clean, quiet, and roomy. Staff friendly and helpful. walking distance to everything, with bags catch B bus at Top Funicular station driver will drop you close to hotel. (-) Small shower, and bathroom but typical of many in Italy. Would be to have Tea and Coffee making in room,

(+) Friendly, helpful staff, great location, large room, exceptionally clean, capuccino, in a quiet neighborhood but close to city center, lift to upper floors. (-) Might consider better mattress and pillows, which is common with many hotels.

(+) OrvietoSimple courtesy (-) Shower room slightly odd - door jammed a bit and the shower spaced badly in room so you klept knocking into other things

(+) La vicinanza al centro e la cortesia del personale. (-) Tanti piccoli segni di scarsa manutenzione delle attrezzature, le chiavi delle camere incustodite, risate e schiamazzi notturni, scarsa pulizia, tariffe troppo alte rispetto alla qualità offerta.
