(+) La pulizia e l'ampiezza delle camere. La gentilezza dello staff. (-) Purtroppo la notte del mio soggiorno è coincisa con la pulizia della piazza e dei dintorni non ho dormito fino a circa le tre causa i forti rumori dei mezzi e come se non bastasse alle sei di mattina hanno ricominciato la pulizia. Insomma notte in bianco!

(+) Clean room, quiet, great mattrasse (-) There were two locked doorways to enter this residence, both of which were accessible with 2 separate keys. The inner doon didn't always open with the key I was provided with. The lock and keys need to be replaced.I had to go to their main hotel, Hotel Posta, to get someone to open the door.

(+) The hotel staff we extremely helpful and courteous and assisted well in English. The hotel provided a modest carparking facility in the historic centre of Reggio Emilia, which was very helpful. (-) A bit difficult to identify the correct route to enter the historic centre from the inner ring road within Reggio. A little better signage would have helped.
