(+) The price and location is good. Only 5-minutes walk to the termini. And the room has balcony. Staffs are very nice. (-) The hotel is difficult to find. The road walk from Termini to the hotel is quite dirty. The room is bit smelly.

(+) the hotal room is very clean and the location is in the center of rome,very handy for seeing the sights would recommend it (-) the bathrooms needed a proper clean there was mould om the shower curtin and on the walls in the shower.there are no tea or coffee makers in the rooms

(+) We liked the proximity of the Hotel to the Train Stazione - Roma Termini. Also plenty of Food outlets, laundrys with internet access and links to the Metro line close by. (-) The hotel has an extremely small and old Lift, at times it can be very annoying. (The building is to blame not the hotel itself). At times the hotel staff were not attentive enough and a bit rude, however the hotel was as we expected it to be for the price and star rating.

(+) It is close by to transit and in a walkable neighborhood (-) None of the staff spoke a word of English
