(+) è un hatel silenzioso,attento alle esigenze di grandi e piccini;comodissimo il bagno in stanza molto spazioso e la camera molto accogliente;la cucina è ottima e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.sicuramente soggiorneremo nello stesso hotel se torneremo in quei bellissimi posti data anke la sua ottima posizione!! (-) manca una poccola hall alla reception qualora si volessero fare due chiacchiere dopo il pranzo o la cena!!!!

(+) La atención, el trato acogedor, la comida buenísima, la ubicación no está en un lugar de posta´l, pero está muy bien sobre todo para ir de recorrido en coche, el camino para llegar es precioso,está en medio de la auténtica Toscana. (-) Nada de nada, todo ha sido perfecto, lo recomiendo.

(+) Piccolo albergo silenzioso, pulito, confortevole. Stanza enorme, bagno nuovissimo ed attrezzatissimo. Favoloso il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo anche l'annesso ristorante. (-) Forse la prima colazione da migliorare.

The hotel's restaurant deservedly has a reputation for excellent Tuscan cuisine and is lively and comfortable, with fresh breezes keeping it cool. The location is right next to the road to the medieval hilltop village of San Gimignano, which is a picturesque 10 km drive away, through a typical Tuscan countryside. Another beautiful, leisurely drive will take you to Volterra. The town of Certaldo has a coin laundromat right next to the Coop grocery store. We enjoyed a gelato and accordian music in Certaldo's town square, during the cooler evening hours when the locals were gathered there. (-) Unfortunately, the air conditioning system had broken down and was not able to be fixed during our stay. They did provide us with one portable air conditioning unit, but we had two rooms and one had to go without. I imagine this was a temporary glitch, and otherwise I give the hotel full marks.
