(+) Nice wellness centre. Can imagen this is a great place during summertime. ABC shopping mall with entertainment quite close. (-) Not really close to city centre like Hamra but close to airport and some shopping malls. Swimming pool was closed because it was winter. I though this was a pity because it was still 20 degrees and sunny.

(+) my lebanese female guest (-) everything great, staff very good

(+) the hotel location is great, close to all the outlets , and far from the traffic that u can find in Hamra (-) not really everything was great. but i am still waiting for my bill, as they said they will send it by email.

(+) I like that nice staff they have and their hospitality .. (-) Thier loby is too small according to the rating of the hotel ..

(+) Breakfast was great (-) The hotel staff were convinced it was winter and cold so they refused to turn on the A/C for us, leaving us to struggle to sleep at night.
