(+) Great staff and excellent manager, happy to take time to help you. Rather liked the rustic decor of the interior and lobby. Definitely good value for money. People often comment there was no hot water. I think they all forgot to turn on the immersion heater switch on the wall outside their bathrooms first. We did this and our water was just fine. (-) Rooms are sparse, but not unexpected for a 2 star hotel. Clean though, which is good. (+) Staff was very friendly. The rooms are basic but neat and clean. The complementary breakfast was good. (-) Mutrah Street, the street where the hotel is located, is very easy to miss. The nightclub was very noisy and the parking lot is too small to handle the evening crowd. I had to park on the street and it was hard to find a space.

(+) Near to harbour, in the middle of Mutrah, 5 min away from oriental market. Personal friendly. (-) The hotel is indian style, so there may be people not enyoing breakfast. Equipment of hotel aged, but fully functional.

(+) Good price but bad breakfast, avarage quality of food (-) Ambience of the hotel is not friendly and not professional at all. Value for money but still a lot to be improved. Being the 1st hotel in Muscat a lot more can be expected.

(+) The staff was nice. Room was clean. Close to souk and restaurants. Restaurant in hotel and hotel breakfast was totally ok. Cheap beer. Little noisy at night even if u get a room on the top floor away from the night club. (-) Little bit noisy at night.
