(+) good food, restaurant on site. staff very friendly and helpful! short walk to the old souk, free on site parking, cheap and cheerful (-) difficult to find, hired a taxi and followed him there

(+) Restaurant is good, all staff all very friendly (Mr. Vijay Kumar, Ms. Warda, Ms. Siddiq,Mr. Ganesh) and other are very good helped me during the stay as i was new in this location. Rooms are very clean and i would say Hotel Mutrah is value for money (-) A/C in the room was very noisy ( Room no 207)

(+) the ambiance of the hotel ,it is very comfortable and local (-) the breafast ,was very poor,with Bollyzood Film Playing so lound at 7 am :)

(+) What it is said about the staff's friendliness is true n loves the chat. The room is clean & spaces. (-) The lighting at the hotel we find it too dim, at the corridor is acceptable but at the restaurant? The room at least should be provided with floor mat/ floor towel/slippers. We find the bathroom floor wet after shower. For further improvement, please remove the mirror away from facing bed. Feng shui it's not good and it will give you a shock just waking up and looking at yourself from the mirror....(+) What it is said about the staff's friendliness is true n loves the chat.
