(+) Everything was perfect there, and the value-for-price ratio was excellent. Good design, cleanness both in bathromm, and in a room. Service was admirable - most friendly, responsive and helpful. You just can't wish for better service. Was really nice to meet such good personnel in PetrovkaLoft. (-) No drawbacks. Recommendable for everyone going to Moscow and looking for good hotel for acceptable price in the very center of Moscow with excellent service.

(+) I like its location,friendly staff, good price, cleanliness,very close to Red Square, Theatres (-) No lift, breakfast is not so good

(+) central location, clean rooms, nice staff, breakfest in the room (-) very simple brekfest (bread, cheese, jam, tea/coffee), not easy to find

(+) Location was good. Not easy to find first, but ok if you print a map in advance (-) Had problems to conect to WiFi. They didn't provide shampoo, but I had some with me. Strange breakfast but better than nothing (:

(+) Удачное расположение, цена, наличие бесплатного беспроводного интернета. возможность забронировать номер в интернете и расплатиться картой, наличие мини-бара и сейфа. (-) Заменить в номере мягкое кресло и журнальный столик на стол и стул.
