(+) Very good location in downtwn Subotica with free car parking available, nice and comfortable rooms, spa facilities. Very good value for money considering generally high hotel prices in Serbia. (-) I waited a bit too long to be served for dinner.

(+) everything - the staff could not be more helpful. In the centre of town just walk to everything (-) well there was a mishap with the bathroom BUT the staff could not apologise enough and sorted it with expedience

(+) In primul rand staful a fost foarte dragut, iar daca ai nevoie de un loc de relaxare trebuie sa mergi la Gloria Lux Hotel & Spa intrucat confortul si aventura se intalnesc aici. (-) Sincer... NU

(+) Friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room, quiet environment, absolute in the downtown, elegant and nice wellness section, excellent value for the price (-) not bad, but a bit poor food selecion for breakfast
