(+) Staff was very helpful and responsive. Particularly helpful, they set up a babysitter, reasonably priced. (-) Had ants in kitchen, undergoing renovations. Room cleaned to hotel standard, but didn't feel spotless.

(+) i like this hotel in the sense that it has a little kitchen for cooking and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. (-) yes...we were given breakfast include, the breakfast that provided was not many variety...for example we dun get any ham or bacon, choice of eggs, the asian breakfast was only porridge that no foreigner would able to accept.

(+) Good spacious apartment, Kitchen was well equipped if you want to do light cooking ... (-) Breakfast was really bad and needs tremendous improvement ! we could not take it from the 3rd day !! The room was small and we had nothing but scramble eggs throughout our stay, it is a standing joke with the family now.

(+) We satisfied with facilities in our apartment such as free internet, washing machine and also light breakfast. (-) We don't like sound of the refurbishment process which on going during the day, but we could accept it, because we are traveling to tourist site.

(+) friendly & helpful staff (-) noise from refurbisment - but upgrades have to be done some time so thats life
