(+) Location is excellent, walking distance from Clarke Quay metro station and close to many restaurants and clubs to spend the evening, without necessarily have to commute again. (-) Although a cot bed was requested, it took long time to have it available in our room. There was a leak in bathroom each time we took a shower. Overall the hotel was a little bit aged.

(+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome (-) The plumbing from other rooms could be heard in mine.

(+) The hotel staff are friendly and nice. Great location, near city and night life zone, although you my not want to bring your young kids go to the night life area. Subway station is next to the hotel, easy to get taxi at the hotel door, it makes travel in the island very easy. Classic room (-) Classic rooms are located from 2 to 4 floor, you may not get a good view from your window.

(+) This hotel is exellent, ideal location close to a beatiful view by the river, with a price thats just above affordable with most friendly Staff. Will come back again in the near future. (-) 1. Key security, should only allow customers to access thier own floor. 2. Provide Hose at the toilet for customers who dont claen with tissue paper or at least provide bucket and Pail. 3. The malay doorkeeper was extra ordinaryly friendly but the indian not so. 4. im sure other staff would be friendly as well but...(+) This hotel is exellent, ideal location close to a beatiful view by the river, with a price thats just above affordable with most friendly Staff.
