(+) La pareja de dueños son muy buena gente (-) El ruido de nuestra habitación, daba a la carretera y eso se nota.

(+) La atención a los clientes me ha parecido muy buena, han sido muy amables con nosotros. La catedral nos quedaba muy cerca, así como la Alameda, es una zona muy buena. (-) Nada, todo me ha gustado, la verdad.

(+) La agradable sorpresa de que la palabra "Pensión" u "Hostal" en este caso corresponde a un alojamiento de calidad, y no a los que nos podemos encontrar en otras partes,con este mismo nombre. Si quieres tranquilidad y una buena relación calidad-precio para hospedarte en Santiago, creo sinceramente que éste es el sitio idóneo. La vistas a la Catedral, el abundante desayuno, y lo coqueto del sitio en sí mismo son cualidades que sin embargo no superan el trato que dispensan los dueños del establecimiento a los huéspedes, ya que su cercanía y familiaridad me hicieron pasar dos semanas muy muy gratas. (+) Very helpful staff in and old house readapted to receive guests. Very good location: not a few meters from the center but at the limit of the historic center. Nevertheless, benefits are that parking are at least 100 meters (few vehicules could get into the historic center and thats good) as well as at 400 meters of a supermarket (if on budget) which are in the "new town" (-) Event if not bad things by themselves, think twice if going with young children as us: comfortable but small rooms and no...(+) Very helpful staff in and old house readapted to receive guests.
