(+) Excellent hotel staff, all very helpful and kind. Very large room. Perfect location, just few hundred meters away from the cathedral. (-) We did not have breakfast in the hotel because too expensive.

(+) It was fantastic feeling staying in a beautiful ancient monastery transformed to a very confortable and modern hotel at the centre of Santiago. Nice staff, fantastic food, reasonable price. (-) It was a little bit cold in the room, but after my request the problem was solved.

(+) Location of hotel excellent, just metres from the cathedral. Just beware of road which looks like a pavement. Also the staff were very friendly- (-) Cafeteria was empty and not staffed. When my son and I arrived late after a long train journey I could not get a sandwich or a drink. Also the lack of coffee making facilities in the room spoiled our stay. The breakfast was expensive and did not even include a choice of hot food on our second day although the cook did go out of her way to cook us eggs...(+) Location of hotel excellent, just metres from the cathedral.
