(+) good location at the center of the city, good breakfast and nice staffs , free access internet service (-) no lift, old carpet that need refurnish

(+) Good location, close to Interlaken West train station. Authentic mexican restaurant downstairs. (-) No lift and poor lighting on the stairs.

(+) close to Interlaken West train station (-) Hot water for shower was a bit inconsistent. The room I got originally has no heat but staff was very efficient to change room. Good services.

(+) The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking activities. The room was nice for the price and even though we shared the bathroom, it was never an issue. (-) Be wary of the lack of elevator and the possibility of a 4th floor room.

(+) Clean room of reasonable size in good shape. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. Close to Interlaken West train station. (-) Shower and toilet on separate floors.
