(+) The staff is very nice, and environment is very good, the facility is convenient, there are many messages left in the note books saying good words, including mine :-) (-) Just take a little walk from the Interlaken West station but it would still be fine...The wireless internet in room is not stable.

(+) Siistit ja asialliset huoneet, hyvä aamiainen. Hotellin "olohuone" jossa sai mm. keittää kahvia oli plussaa. Hyvä sijainti rautatieaseman lähellä. (-) Lyhyet sängyt, huono äänieristys huoneiden välillä.

(+) The location is good. (-) The room was so small , no air-conditioner and most noise from the downstair restaurant.

(+) La posizione rispetto al centro della città, la disponibilità dello staff. (-) Lo stile un po' vecchio ma passabile per un due stelle.

(+) The hotel owner was very helpful with all that we needed. (-) No, it was all good.
