(+) Staff very efficient, reliable and quick at check-in and checkout, getting taxi for airport, helping with luggage. Thought it excellent for business guests as there's fax, stationery, business tv at breakfast. Appreciated the wonderful bathroom with gold sink and lovely toiletries, quality tea and coffee, even fruits in the room. Breakfast food was excellent esp the sausages and baguette. (-) TV could not be viewed while lying on the bed, perhaps only in the room we were given?

(+) スーペリアスイートに３泊致しましたが、とても静かで快適でした　ただ部屋が広い為なのか乾燥し過ぎで喉を、やられてしまいましたが、部屋のイメージは、紹介どうりすばらしいの、一言です (-) 朝食が、お粗末まるで安いツアーのビジネスホテルのようでした

(+) The staff was really nice and helpfull. The entrance hall looks very beautiful. (-) The distance to the metro was a bit far, walk 10min.

(+) The room is very confortable. The size is good enough. (-) The location is not very convenient.

(+) Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Außerdem war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! (-) Das Frühstück hatte zwar ein weites Angebot, es war aber eher lieblos arrangiert. Es gab kaum Angebot an Wellness oder Spa-Einrichtungen; auch keinen Pool.
