(+) The hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Also the breakfast was excellent! The large family room was a perfect size for the four of us and the views from the large bay windows were incredible. (-) The pillows were quite hard and the room was a little stuffy. Was difficult to park nearby.

(+) pleasent and clean. lovely bathroom.nice view (-) Furniture needs updating in rooms, the textiles are new, and the walls freshly painted but it just lacked the finishing touches.

(+) The veiw from our hotel window! sea veiw !! (-) we had to climb lots of stairs to get to our room.

(+) Very close to the seafront and the famous Lanes (-) Could have been doing with a lift, although i suppose the hike to the 3rd floor was good exercise!

(+) Central (-) The room was tiny, no wardrobe available, bathroom/shower area smelled of sweat, carpets lloked dirty,Breakfast was cancelled on NYD, the hall and stair carpets looked tatty. The communal areas could do with a refurb.
