(+) Location (-) Breakfast to expensive

(+) Clean, Relaxed and good location. (-) Beds too soft.

(+) The futureinns Bristol had first rate jazz playing on the sound system in the hotel, and has an excellent programme of 'live' jazz performances. My wife and I found the atmosphere in the hotel good and the staff friendly and courteous. (-) The pasta I had in the evening was cold when it arrived at the table and the salad was not top quality.

(+) The Hotel is very modern and clean, which is exactly what i was looking for. The bathrooms and main rooms specifically were very well maintained and very comfortable. They also had free internet access, which was a great bonus for checking out places to go in the city.... in our case, where the nearest bars and clubs where! (-) We were booked into a superior suite, however the room we were given was a standard twin room. I think the staff should be able to speak better English though, as they are working in England!!

(+) It was a real surprise to find a City Centre Hotel with such high spec for such a good price. (-) Two bottles of water and some hot chocolate in the room would have been nice
