(+) staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera superior spaziosissima con letto matrimoniale king comodissimo, arredamento molto inglese...elegante ed accogliente, buona anche la colazione. (-) il phon cadeva un po' a pezzi e non c'era il frigo bar in camera

(+) Spacious room - great food - very helpful, friendly staff (-) Some machines in fitness suite not working properly eg. treadmill rather dangerous (impossible to regulate the speed!)

(+) Excellent accueil. Superbe chambre avec entrée, grand salon, grande chambre, dressing et belle salle de bain. Meubles anciens. Hôtes illustres (Kennedy, Clinton). Très bons dîners.Magnifique parc et demeure historique. (-) Installations spa insuffisantes : pas de piscine, pas de salle de repos; juste un sauna et un bain vapeur

(+) Its location was lovely surrounded by trees and a lake it was very relaxing (-) We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was expensive in comparison to eating in Derry city

(+) Comfort, peace and quite, great surroundings. Also the room on the wartime occupation by American Marines was very interesting. (-) Scalding hot water, this was a serious problem, with no warning to the client in sight!. Bathroom/kitchen pedal bin as a feature in a delux bedroom?
