(+) The peaceful countryside and the warm welcome stand out (-) The fact that we had to go out to eat in the evening but then we knew this was the case before booking

(+) Staff pleasant, room clean and comfortable, location delightfully quiet. (-) Cooked breakfast not great.

(+) I found Groarty House a very plesant place to stay and the owners very nice and friendly as it has not long been open its is all very fresh and new (-) This is not a hotel and has no hotel facilities bar etc its a Bed & Breakfast premises and you share the lounge with the owners

(+) The house was large. The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom. It was very clean and quiet with a lovely and full breakfast (-) It is 4 km outside the city, so you need to drive through small roads to reach the hotel.
