(+) The staff were great - not over intrusive but genuinely friendly. (-) Electric heating. The room was cold when we arrived (14 C) and we had to set the room stat to warm it up while we went for dinner. This gave a very dry heat, which resulted in an uncomfortable night.

(+) Nice, straightforward staff and good-sized, clean room (-) Not the most scenic of locations or outlooks. Bit hot.

(+) Very nice smart room, nice and warm. (-) Would like to have had more milk, tea and coffee, and hot chocolate with teas maid.

(+) Easy to find. Late arrival no problem. (-) Traffic noise from rooms at front. Even triple glazing didn't keep the noise out and having the windows shut with no air con made the room very hot
