(+) very helpful and friendly staff, easy and secure parking,pleasant area and ample choice for breakfast. (-) we would have liked a quiet area for a drink but being sat. evening ,understandably, the bar was noisy with football on 2 tv screens

(+) Convenient to the centre of Peterborough and value for money - just. (-) Noisey at night

(+) Bed was comfortable. Hair dryer was a good one. (-) Booked a disabled room. My wife was really looking forward to a hassle free shower using her new plastic devise to keep her plaster cast bone dry. Expected a walk in shower, but she had the same problem as at home as you still had to cope with getting into the bath first to shower. Not safe. Bed was too low down and no hand rail to help her out of bed during the night on her own. Not enough electric sockets, common problem in most places you stay. ...(+) Bed was comfortable. Room to near main entrance so people laughing etc whilst having fags late at night, was it staff or guest? don't know, but kept us awake.
