(+) Staff was helpful, coffee was excellent and always fresh, room was clean. (-) Ongoing lobby renovations

(+) your service is very good.The room is clean. (-) I have booked a room with a big bed, but I get a room with 2 beds.

(+) Very efficient; good, friendly, front-desk service; room was large, clean, and well-furnished. Continental breakfast ample. There was a pool, which we didn't use. (-) Not its fault - but it's way out of town. We stayed there because the Pitt/Notre Dame and Steelers/Bengals games on back to back days, meant every downtown hotel was sold out. A bit tricky to navigate the big-box/stripmall area from the highway (but, 2 minutes from the highway when you know what you're doing).

(+) It is exactly what someone should expect from a 2 star hotel. The room was very clean. The furnishings were a bit dated. The bed was above average. The breakfast was better than the usual continental, waffles and eggs. (-) The hotel staff could have been more helpful. I asked for the desk to call a cab. Was told he could not, but instead gave me the number. Not really a huge problem, but still a complaint none the less

(+) Quiet. Had a pool and workout room. Nice breakfast. Able to leave car while you travel, nice transport to and from the hotel to airport (-) The jacuzzi tub in the room, jets didn't work well.
